Do you sell lab-grown diamonds as well as natural ones?
Yes. We offer both lab-grown and natural certified diamonds, giving you flexibility in
budget, sustainability, and choice. Both are available in a wide range of cuts, sizes, and
grades.
What’s the difference between bespoke and ready-made jewellery?
Bespoke jewellery is designed exclusively for you and crafted from scratch. Ready-made
jewellery is pre-designed and available immediately. For ready-to-wear pieces, we partner
with Jewelstar.ie
Do you provide resizing and aftercare?
Yes. We offer resizing, polishing, cleaning, and lifetime aftercare. A client today is a client
forever—we’ll be here for anniversaries, redesigns, and upgrades too.
Can you redesign an old or inherited piece of jewellery?
Absolutely. We specialise in remodelling heirloom jewellery, keeping its sentimental value
while giving it a fresh new look that suits your style.
Do you provide engagement ring valuations or certificates?
Yes. Every diamond we sell comes with a certificate from internationally recognised gem
labs (such as GIA or IGI). We can also provide valuations for insurance purposes.
Do you ship jewellery outside Dublin or Ireland?
Yes. We provide secure, insured shipping nationwide and internationally at no extra cost.
